CHALLENGE AND AMBITIONS
The client demanded a way to make an impact. The purpose was to change the employee’s behaviour – and a traditional written PDF would simply be way too boring. In collaboration with the client, we decided that the 100,000 public employees should play a digital learning game to create an easier and more fun way for workers to learn.
BEHIND THE SOLUTION
We were inspired by the mentality behind gaming. So, we created a digital learning game where the users played through different everyday scenarios – a way to make the content relatable, which hopefully should lead to increased attention and changed behaviour.
